How long does setup take?
Most subscribers are up and running within minutes. Sign up, choose your plan and counties, and leads start flowing the same day the scraper next runs (typically overnight).
How fresh is the data?
Our scraper runs nightly against the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA) portal. New court filings are usually available in your dashboard the morning after they appear in WCCA.
How do skiptrace credits work?
Each skiptrace lookup costs one credit. Credits are deducted from your wallet balance — you can purchase additional credits at any time from the dashboard. Starter plans include a small monthly credit allowance; higher tiers get more.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. New subscribers get a 7-day money-back guarantee; just email us.
How do I set up a webhook to auto-push leads to my CRM?
Go to Dashboard → Automations, add an endpoint URL (Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own server), and optionally attach a filter. See the full Webhook Docs for payload schema and signature verification.
Can I add more states?
Currently Wisconsin is the only state available. Additional states are in development — we'll notify you by email as new coverage is added.
My webhook isn't receiving events — what should I check?
Use the Test button on your endpoint in the Automations dashboard. Make sure your URL is HTTPS, returns HTTP 200 within 10 seconds, and that the X-Webhook-Signature header is not causing a rejection. See the Webhook Docs for debug guidance.
